In this third episode and guided meditation in our series on dealing with feelings of inadequacy, the focus is on developing the ability to tolerate and accept these feelings rather than suppressing or judging them. By first tolerating, then accepting, and finally welcoming the inadequacy feelings, you will no longer be frozen in a state of self-rejection over them. This will eventually allow you to move toward a state of caring for yourself when these feelings come up.
