Heather and I met via LinkedIn. In all honesty every time someone asks me to get on a zoom call on LinkedIn I am a little hesitant. That is because the calls are usually about trying to sell a product or optimization tool. This wasn't the case when Heather and I jumped on that call.

Heather was interested in what I was doing and through the conversation I got to hear more about who Heather is. A Holistic Health and Weight Loss Coach and so much more.
