Cirina Johns a mechanic based out of New Jersey shares how shes experienced a tough path with her experience being in many different shops. Dealing with men that can deal with the fact that she can carry her own weight in what they feel she needs help with  & happens to be intimidated by her presence. Cirina jumps on & wants to simply share her passion for women that are in the industry or have faced similar struggles to keep moving in a positive direction. Cirina found out she was very hands on growing up & she had to find & search for the automotive industry rather it being an option readily  for her skill set.
