Acts 2:4 “the Apostles were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance”(NKJV).

Before Jesus ascended He commanded His disciples to tarry in Jerusalem and await the Holy Spirit (Acts 1:8)This occurred in Acts 2:4 Then, in Acts 4:31, we see that same Apostles now experienced an infilling once again, They were filled with the Holy Spirit again. This shows an ongoing need, to be filled with the Spirit in order to fulfil what God has called us to do!. When we pray for the sick and cast out demons, we use the power we received when we were baptized in the Holy Spirit and fire, and we also give out of what has been poured into us by the Spirit because we operate from that fullness.
