🎙️ Oversoul’d — Too Much or Just Enough?

In this Oversoul’d episode, Cass opens up about releasing control over how others perceive her—through autism, ADHD, sobriety, and family history. Fresh from attending Mickey’s family Christmas party without masking for the first time, she shares what it felt like to simply be herself: stimming, observing, easing into comfort without forcing fake excitement or anxious small talk.

🎙️ Praying in the Godstream

In this blended Pray + Godstream episode, Cass reflects on a very real week where her partner kept literally dropping the things she asked him to carry—time-sensitive, emotionally charged items that meant a lot to her, including a Yuletide clay ornament she’d spent two weeks creating. Each crash to the floor triggered anger, then exposed the deeper layers: sadness, unmet care, and the painful realization that no one else could hold these objects with the same emotional connection she has.

Through this lived moment, Cass unpacks a powerful pattern: trying to hand off not just tasks, but emotional responsibility, and forgetting to bring God into the load at all.
