Parenting is hard....very hard.
In this weeks episode Matty and Kane discuss trying to improve as dads.
The art of fatherhood is continuing to evolve as society and the traditional family changes.
I mean we can't smack our kids anymore and we don't drink and smoke while we are pregnant with them.....these are all good changes.
However with the constant changes in parenting how do you know if you're doing a good job and what do you do if you think there is an area you need to improve on.
We discuss all this and how we get our kids to sleep in this episode.
REMEMBER: If you have any suggestions for topics please send through to

Fathering, on the other hand, is less so. Therefore, it's important for men to learn the skills they need to be a good dad. For some guys it's more intuitive, like kicking a football, but most guys need a coach or some direction.
DADDY EATS LAST discusses what it means to be a man and a father in modern society and all the issues that comes with both.
