This podcast is about a dad who quit his job to support his family to raise 3 beautiful kids, the challenges and obstacles he faces to overcome,the struggles andnot being heard or no one to talk to everyone is busy in their life this or that way,it’s no one fault that they can’t be there when u need them , you have to fight your own demons (thoughts), depression, loneliness lack of focus stress , lack of sleep will make you , useless trust me I was there once , I put my life in order , I trained myself every day for 3 years , disciplined myself, love yourself you be able to love others better!
