My guest today is Kate de Brito, a journalist and editor in Australia for three decades. Kate has worked for some of the country’s biggest publications, both in print and magazines. She began her career as a newspaper reporter for the Daily Telegraph - Sydney’s biggest tabloid newspaper, and later became editor-in-chief of the women’s website Mamamia and editor-in-chief of Australia’s number 1 news site, news.com.au. More recently she was Executive Director of Flash, an Australian news streaming service.
She has a degree in counseling and passion for self-growth, that she explores on her podcast How to be Happy. Kate is married with two adult daughters and has a dog named Tilly and lives in Sydney, Australia.
