Jesus Christ is the way, the truth and the LIGHT.  We are filled with light because it is God who gives us light.  Humbly each day we should be asking Him to keep on loving we who know Him and to keep on doing right to those whose hearts are honest.  Honest about what?  Our struggles, our difficulties, our failings, and especially going to Him when we have sinned for forgiveness.  Reminder:  there is a psalm for every season of life.  GOD sees, GOD hears, GOD will provide the correct way.  Come and drink deeply of the refreshing River of God.
