How many definitions do we have of ourselves? Is that control serving us or does it limit the possibilities for exploring who we fully are?

Do we have definitions of what commitment means? What are the results of these definitions. Are we even aware of them?

With everything that swirls around us on the outside and within us, how can we have ease so life becomes a dance.

Judgment is all around us. How many of us tend to judge? What is the result of that?
