KEY TAKEAWAYS

  • The only way you can add value to your life is by giving meaning to your suffering, sharing your journey, and adding value to other people's life.

  • It is in our darkest hours that we discover our strengths and weaknesses, it’s only then that we discover who we truly are and what our life’s purpose is.

  • We spend so much time waiting for the big things in life to happen to us that we forget to appreciate all of the small things happening around us at present.

  • There are millions of little moments happening around you all of the time and what you’re missing will never be repeated again. They’re unique and irreversible moments that are all your own.

BEST MOMENTS

“I was a little girl in love with nature. Nature was my comfort blanket and my refuge.”

“Being in the moment is about feeling blissfully happy now, despite having all the reasons to be sad or be scared of what the future holds.”

“Being in the moment is about seizing each moment and harvesting the lesson from it to live.”

“I know from the bottom of my heart that all of us can turn our lives around from broken, hopeless, airless, and devastating to repairing, rejuvenating and rebooting.”
