#081 - In this episode, Mayra interviews Rosa Benavides from Speak Up Mujer.

Rosa is the founder of Speak Up Mujer and creator of the D.A.R.E. T.O. Program. She is a First-Generation Latina -- first to go to college, first to navigate the professional work setting, and first to aspire to an Executive role in her family. She was raised in Boyle Heights, Los Angeles, California, and graduated from UCLA. Rosa has over 20 years of professional experience and serves in a Director capacity in the public sector. 

Rosa is an empathetic professional development coach focused on providing women with the guidance to clearly articulate their talents, strengths, and skills and break down the barriers and challenges holding them back from speaking up so that they can show up as the best versions of themselves.
