It's easy to get caught in shame, blame or anger about the past.

I've been there myself and I see it all the time with my clients.

A mark of wellbeing is the ability to let this emotions rise up, flow through and be released. Sometimes many times over before they have done the work they need to do.

Once a feeling of tender self compassion starts to arise around our past experiences we're on the super highway of healing.
