We are Living Intentionally For Empowerment with Julian Baena.  Julian is a community leader that is passionate about people and their ability to make an impact in the community.  Julian obtained his Masters in Business Administration from Saint Leo University, and also served in the United States Marine Corps.  We discussed the dynamics of being an entrepreneur in this country and some of the steps that need to take place to get started.  Our discussion advanced to discussing Latinos as entrepreneurs, the struggles, the "grind", and how to remove FEAR from our psyche.
