Do you remain loyal to your heart above all else? I am committed to following Source in my decisions, yet I was conditioned to put other people’s needs or desires over my own. Earlier this year, I found myself being loyal to other people over remaining loyal to my own heart and value system. 

 

And I knew why it was so difficult to name and realign - because that meant I would have to have hard conversations that didn’t necessarily have a “right” or “wrong” but rather “this is how I want it.” 

 

After reflection, I reminded myself that I am the source of my company. I built it and am still building it, so I give myself full permission to create a workplace that I love and will attract the right people to create alongside me.
