Kathleen Seeley joins us today to talk about being intentional with our time, the things we put our energy on, what we wish to accomplish, and most importantly, with our work and those we choose to work with.
Kathleen is the Founder of Massively Human Leadership, a platform designed to help people find and develop their leadership skills and help them live their dream life at a business and personal level. Kathleen is passionate about working with leaders and making one of his favorite mantras a reality: "Leadership is not about being someone to lean on; it is about making the leaning unnecessary."
Our conversation revolves around Kathleen's background, her relationship with her family, and her drive to work hard, aiming to build a legacy above all things. We also talk about self-compassion and forgiveness, being grounded and aware of our skills and possibilities when we fail and succeed, and the moment Kathleen decided to set being intentional as one of her core values in her business and life.
