In this episode I didn’t use notes or have any key points. I just wanted to let my words flow and talk about whatever came to mind and whatever felt right. I ended up speaking about how being present and how our phones are distracting us from life. I also talked about how we shouldn’t be sad about things that have happened in the past and instead learn to grow from them.
