The last minisode was all about living in the moment during the holidays and enjoying each one as it comes. I learned that this really works! I determined to do this during my gathering with my kids over the weekend and it was the best day! I encourage you to set an intention to live each moment as it comes, planned or not, and see how much more joy you find.
