This week, Meg is talking about her week, how she felt a little low and how she overcome it.
She covers:
- How you can't be happy all of the time
- The three good things exercise as an antidote
- A bit of research on how dogs relate to happiness (bit of a tangent from Meg, there!)
- Why we think negative emotions are bad
- Why we actually need these emotions
- How being compassionate to feeling like this is the first step to moving forward
About Meg
After living life in the rat race consistently driving towards the next thing, Meg changed her life by asking whether she was happy. The answer, 'I'm not 'unhappy' – but there has to be more than this' made her live life differently. Now a Positive Psychologist, she supports people to take ownership of their happiness and step into the happiest version of them using a blend of evidence based coaching and training solutions.
