We talk a lot about our careers on this podcast. We've discussed how to get started in the trades, how to find a mentor, techniques for improving yourself, starting a company from the ground up, the list goes on. In this episode, we sit down with our friend Jarrod Bolyer from Quick Connect Electrical Services to discuss how we can leverage our growth and success in our careers to benefit those less fortunate than us. Jarrod is a huge proponent of community outreach and wanted to sit down with us during our final night in Austin, Texas to discuss the ways in which he's been able to exact change in his community. In this episode, Jarrod offers us an opportunity to take a long look at ourselves and ask what are we doing in our own communities to help those struggling to make ends meet. We discuss small things that each of us can do in our daily lives to enhance the lives of those around us. Jarrod is an interesting tradesperson with a unique story to share and we were lucky enough to steal some time from him during our recent trip to the NECA conference in Austin this season.
