Actions and Limits interviews Stew Luciow.
Stew:
Pretty much my entire life I was the type of person who would think I would have everything under control, always composed, had the answers, was the rock for everyone, but I never let anyone in. All of that changed 3 or so years ago due to work and the relationships I built there and the push (long story short I wasn't ready for a promotion). It was probably the best thing to happen in my life and I would want to talk about the benefits of letting people in even though it is hard and also how I hold myself accountable and how I ask others to help with that.
