Individual sovereignty is something I only heard for the first time a few years ago, and I’ve struggled with the concept a little since then.

But Mike put it simply; no one person is more important than another.  Let that sink in for a minute. Imagine a world where everyone was equal.

Mike has been around the health and wellness block a few times and he has forged enough of his own trails to know a thing or two. Yet he stills remains curious, open and embracing toward wherever life takes him.
