Welcome back to PART 2 of our conversation with THE Folkert Bowler where we discuss all things to do with self-development, self-love & the culture we as a generation have created for ourselves and we are continuing to actively create.
In this part we look at Folk's mindfulness and meditation journey and how masculinity can be very toxic alongside the stereotypes men often feel obliged to uphold - make sure you check out our episode with SPOKE to learn more about this ;)) It was super interesting to get insight into the 'lad culture', the conversations guys have about themselves and girls and how having a sister impacts Folk and his masculinity. We also talk relationships, young people's maturity towards love & relationships and give even more shoutouts to the king himself, King Simone :))
