  • Israa Shaheen:

In today’s episode, we’re talking about something we do every single day, but we don’t always realize how much the little details matter: how to carry ourselves and interact with others, both in the workplace and in our daily lives.

From the way we communicate and our body language, to the first impression we leave and how we handle different situations with confidence and grace, without pretending to be someone we’re not.

Because having a strong presence isn’t just about looking good or saying the right things. It’s also about knowing yourself, respecting others, and leaving a positive impression while staying true to who you are.

So today, we’ll explore how small changes in the way we carry ourselves can help us feel more confident, communicate better, and build stronger connections with the people around us.

  • Rabab Tantawy:

My guest today is Rabab Tantawy, one of the most beautiful souls I’ve had the chance to meet. She’s genuinely creative, incredibly talented, and a true artist. Rabab started painting when she was 39 years old, and I think her story is such a beautiful reminder that there really is no age limit when it comes to starting something new or following a passion.

What makes her story even more special is that she actually started painting to remember her mother and keep her memory alive within her. And what started as a way to reconnect with her mom ended up changing Rabab’s life in ways she never expected.

From someone who was simply discovering painting, to becoming a visual artist, and eventually having her own studio, Rabab’s journey kept growing and evolving.

And today, she’s not only creating art herself, but she’s also built a beautiful community around her for other artists and creatives. She wanted to create a space where artists can find different kinds of support and have access to what they need at different stages of their creative journey.

Her story is really about starting late, finding yourself through creativity, and allowing life to take you somewhere you never imagined.

  • Sarah Nassar:

Life is all about priorities, and there’s nothing more important than feeling comfortable and at peace in the place we come home to after a long day. Today, I’m joined by Sara, the founder of a business that helps people declutter their homes — getting rid of things they no longer need, old clothes, and sometimes even memories that may be painful and that our nervous system needs to let go of.

Sara has her own journey with thyroid cancer, and what I love most is how her work became part of her own healing journey. It helped her recover in a healthier way, and eventually gave her the strength to become a source of support for others going through a similar challenge.

With the way life has become, we’re constantly on our phones, using them for almost everything and spending so much of our time scrolling through social media.

When was the last time you picked up a book… and actually finished it?

Today’s episode is a little reminder to slow down, take care of our minds, and reconnect with our creativity.

And that’s exactly what my guest, Reem, is trying to do through her initiative. Reem is a journalist, editor-in-chief, and writer. Her latest book, “The Video Club,” takes us back to the 1990s, exploring generational differences and other stories from Egypt that give you a chance to disconnect from the noise of everyday life and simply get lost in a good story.

  • Nour Youssef:

Today's guest she's a mother, a pharmacist, and a podcaster. But beyond all of that, she's someone who's lived through experiences that shaped who she is today. Instead of keeping those lessons to herself, she chose to share them with the world through her podcast that is breaking all labels and taboos named "Ya3ni eh Lazem" believing that stories have the power to heal, inspire, and connect us. Her hope is simple: that someone listening might learn something they needed to hear, find comfort in knowing they're not alone, or see a part of themselves in her journey.
