Lisa is still sick and despite the odds we were able to do a zoom call for today's call. We'll guess what? Their was no soun  so Lisa went to bed and Sandy decided fill in the gap and talk about BeliefCodes and changing old patterns.  Be aware of your patterns. We will have a guest on next week Courtney St. Clair. She's done some articles for In Style Magazine and other great things. She will help us find our way to feeling sexy at any age!! We love you!
