I have been teased and bullied my entire life. But what I have come to realize is I have the ability to control wether or not these words will affect me! Because I was the one that was beating myself up mentally! I kept on repeating these words to myself! It’s time to stop! If I don’t stop this then I will lead myself into a dangerous situation. So let’s take back control and talk to yourself with love!

We have all heard the saying “Practice makes Perfect!” But personally I don’t believe in perfect. I believe in imperfectly perfect! We are all unique individuals and that’s what is so beautiful in this world! Appreciate your imperfections because that is who you are!
