This week, to continue Off-Kilter’s ongoing series about the limiting beliefs we as a collective must release and replace to pave the way for economic liberation, Rebecca sat down with Cheryl Green and Thomas Reid, two disabled podcasters who are leading a very cool new project called the Pod Access Initiative, in partnership with the Disability Visibility Project. They have a far-ranging conversation about why it’s so important to diversify the voices out there in media—as hosts and guests and content creators of all kinds—and how the Pod Access Initiative is working to remove barriers to entry for people with disabilities in media, while taking on limiting beliefs around whose voices “deserve” to be driving the conversation when it comes to podcasts and more.  For more from this week’s guests: Check out Cheryl’s podcast Pigeonhole and Thomas’s podcast Reid My Mind Radio Learn more about Alice Wong’s Disability Visibility Project and subscribe to the Disability Visibility Podcast  Here is Cheryl’s podcast episode with Alice Wong about “good radio voices” Follow Thomas (@tsreid) and Cheryl (@WhoAmIToStopIt) on Twitter To get in touch with the Pod Access Initiative, email [email protected]
