*Bold Points to Ponder from this episode:
1. Don’t stay upset if you’re not where you thought you’d be yet. You can still fight for yourself, value yourself, and not be ashamed of wanting more out of your life.
2. Reinvent your life at any time; creative possibilities exist.
3. Give yourself credit for all that you have done, accomplished, and learned. Appreciate it.
4. You are good enough! The story saying otherwise is a lie.
5. You have choices—and you can decide what you want *and* what you’re open to receiving. Allow yourself to say, “I want this. I deserve this.”
6. You can also choose your attitude and beliefs.
7. Practice gratitude everyday. It will help you focus and actually open you up to seeing new opportunities and possibilities. It’s the foundation for creating what you want.
8. The Law of Attraction brings you what you’re open to receiving. Be open to trusting and allowing goodness into your life while taking action.
9. Don’t be afraid to work for what you want, and give yourself credit for what you’re doing and what you’ve done. You’ve got to take positive action forward to make your dreams happen.
10. Surround yourself with people who believe in you and in possibilities. Ignore the naysayers.
11. Treat others the way you would like to be treated.
*Keep the party going; add these songs to your playlist:
“Time after Time” by Cyndi Lauper; “In your eyes” by Peter Gabriel; “Fast Car” and “Revolution” by Tracie Chapman; “What a Feeling” by Irene Cara.
*Referenced in this episode: The Woman King movie with Viola Davis; Your Year of Miracles program created by Marci Shimoff; and Dave Conway’s idea about killing the old you for a paradigm shift.
