Believe yourself, receive from Source. What do I mean by that? This is one of our favorite mantras here at Sourced, and it means the more you trust how your inner knowing works (God, the universe, whatever you believe), the more information, guidance, and support you will have the capacity to receive. Don’t forget! Source has your back! 

 

Source is here to support you in moving toward your greatest expression and soul alignment on this planet. But sometimes, we forget and shut down our divine guidance. The main culprit for this - self-criticism. It’s the thought that I must be crazy to know that, think that, want that, and the scariest of them all - what if I'm wrong?

 

This is something that we learn when we are young, and we all have different versions of it. We learn to censor ourselves and self-criticize. I do my work teaching other transformational leaders to deliver transformation with confidence, and many of them have reached high levels of expanding their coaching businesses and scaling their services. The most common roadblock I see when they reach a plateau is self-criticism.  What if it is wrong to go that way?

 

I share a time in my childhood when I first thought, “Oh, sh*#. What if I am wrong?” That thought ran most of my life. I also share a time mentor telling me later in life, “You’ll never be right, Darla, until you let yourself be wrong.” 

 

Since then, through much education and healing, I trust in Source and believe that I do know that, I do think that, and I want that, etc. While I do place great value on validation from peers, mentors, and others, at the end of the day, when I believe myself and my inner knowing, Source offers more.
