Revelation 21:1-8 | Pastor Gary
In All Things New, Pastor Gary explored Revelation 21:1-8 and the incredible promise of God's eternal kingdom. John sees a new heaven and a new earth where God dwells with His people, and where death, sorrow, pain, and tears are gone forever.
The message focused on God's declaration, "Behold, I am making all things new," reminding us that our hope is found in Christ and the future He has prepared for those who trust Him. Pastor Gary also highlighted the call to faithfulness, contrasting the eternal inheritance of believers with the consequences of rejecting God.
This passage encourages us to live with hope, confidence, and an eternal perspective, knowing that one day God will make all things new.
As Pastor Gary continued our journey through Revelation, he explored Revelation 20:7-15, a passage that reveals the final rebellion of humanity, God’s ultimate judgment, and the eternal destiny of every person. Even after Christ’s millennial reign, Satan will lead one last revolt against God, demonstrating the depth of mankind’s sinful nature and the necessity of God’s justice.
This message highlighted God’s complete victory over evil as Satan is finally defeated and cast into the lake of fire forever. Pastor Gary also examined the Great White Throne Judgment, where every unbeliever stands before God and is judged according to His perfect righteousness. While this passage is a sobering reminder of the reality of eternal judgment, it also points believers to the hope, security, and salvation found in Jesus Christ alone. Through it all, Revelation 20 reminds us that God’s justice will prevail, evil will be fully defeated, and His kingdom will endure forever.
