Listen Later

Graeme Evans, Head of Executive Services at St. Philip's Christian College in Newcastle, Australia, spoke about his strengths journey and how St. Philip's has sought to integrate CliftonStrengths holistically into the school's curriculum, and the cultural change this has brought. He talked about the importance of believing in strengths and finding touchpoints at which strengths can be integrated, and the variety of ways in which St. Philip's has accomplished this. He also spoke of the difference Gallup's Q12 tool is making in the engagement of the school's employees.
