In both Romans 10: and Mark 11:23 we are told that we must believe with the heart but what does this mean? Are we to believe with some part of our anatomy or from a particular part of our being? The answer lies in knowing that we ought to believe as an act of our wills, determining to believe God completely and without a reservation at all.
