1: Selection - selection is a no brainer, you want to have a vast selection to choose from.

2: Price - Price is always a factor in making a tile purchase.

3:  Availability - This one is tough in today's market, but making sure it is available.

4: Online Presence - Having the ability to shop from home first makes it easier.

5: Knowledgeable Sales Staff - Feeling comfortable that who you are talking to knows what they are talking about!
