Mr. Treadway graduated from Yale in 2001 and began working with Unum, an insurance company, as soon as he graduated. Mr. Treadway has worked at Unum ever since and has held several different roles within the company. Currently, he holds the title of Vice President, Small Business and currently runs what he calls “a startup within the walls of a Fortune 500 company.” During his career, he also earned an MBA from the University of Michigan.
