The City of Belleville has it's annual "Moment of Remembrance" ceremony later this morning [Thursday] at 11:30. It will be at the 9/11 memorial next to Fire House 4 on South Illinois Street. Stuart McMillian spoke with Organizer Sharon Strausbaugah.
