These frames; canopy beams collapse when the bed is moved, posing impact and injury hazards. Affected: Bellevue model numbers M24109230 and M24109240, and Oaklynn model numbers M24107230 and M24107240.
About 5,600 bed frames were sold in the US and an additional 516 in Canada at Costco.com from October 2024 through February 2026.
Do not move these bed frames. Contact Samson International at 1-800-357-0701 or [email protected] to receive a free repair and installation kit that includes metal brackets and mounting hardware.
