I go into why kind individuals should not alter their niceness/softness/kindness or light-hearted nature to become more ‘mean’ in attempts to be taken seriously, appreciated, or treated with respect. Instead, be selective and discerning with who you give your love, compassion, grace, and kindness to.

This episode is all about not letting others project onto you. Don't let people distort your energy, perspective, or path by projecting their doubts, limiting beliefs, fears, hate, envy, etc., onto you. Do not allow people to label you or put you into a box as if their assessment of you and your character or potential dictates what is possible for you. Only you define who you are, and only your energy shapes your future. Guard and protect it to prevent others from infiltrating it. Love you.
