When was the last time you allowed your gorgeous belly to be big, to be boisterous, to take up all the real estate it deserves? Too often we feel shame around the way our belly looks and feels because of what the media, our friends, or even our family has said or done. It’s too big, it’s too squishy, it’s getting in the way of feeling good in your body. Not anymore. Your belly is so beautiful. Your belly is perfect, just the way it is. 

This is an invitation to build more of a relationship with your body, specifically with your belly. Love your belly. Honor your belly. Thank your belly and let it take up all the real estate it so rightfully deserves.
