De-cluttering is not all about getting rid of old stuff but also letting go of things emotionally . Everything you do physically also impacts your emotional, mental and spiritual well being . More like exercising it involves the physical body but it defiantly improves the flow of thoughts .
I think we tend to suffer in silence so much to a point that we carry our burdens around and carry on as though everything is okay ! we almost get to a point whereby we are no longer motivated but we are driven by insecurities .
