Some people think she's entirely fictional, others are sure she's a Below Deck Med production plant.  In truth Norma Trease is so much more than a name in Captain Sandy's contact list. She's a yachting industry veteran and a force to be reckoned with. Norma has gone from being a yacht chef to starting a crew agency that grew to be a worldwide resource in the industry. And that's just the beginning of her entrepreneurial endeavors. 

Norma was also a longtime friend of Captain Mark Howard and sets the record straight on his untimely passing, and also honors him with a beautiful tribute that gives us all insight into what made him truly a Super Captain.
