Today I am interviewing Ben Baker who is the President of Your Brand Marketing and gain his insight on how he has managed to thrive in this season but also gain some helpful strategies for all organisations.

Ben gave some great insights and strategies based on his own experience along with the new book his has written on 'Leading beyond a crisis'. He says businesses have a unique opportunity today to sit there and say what can be? If we're going to be home, if we're going to be changing our way of business, if we're going to be looking towards the future and part of our people are going to be at home and part of our people are going to be at the office and communications going to be different. What could this look like and every single employee needs to be re-onboarded. Every single employee needs to understand what is the new purpose of the company.  What is the new vision of the company. What is the new mission of the company. Where's the what's the new direction we're heading in, what's changed. What policies have changed. What procedures have changed. What methodologies have worked. What clients have changed.
