NOKK is the new way of buying and selling real estate in Australia that are making off-market homes discoverable. There’s a great story behind how the platform came about, as the two digital entrepreneurs were frustrated about the limited housing stock on the market and took things into their own hands. They turned to letterbox drops to find a home in their desired area and were amazed with the response rates. They soon realised that almost everything was 'really up' for sale at a price and this was the starting point for property platform NOKK.

After launching the interest in the platform has been strong with vendors seeing this as the perfect opportunity to “test the waters” before committing to an expensive marketing campaign, especially in today’s softer market. Buyers are triggered by the chance of finding a home in their dream location that’s not out on the market.

This became the catalyst for the pioneering concept that is NOKK today & connects home owners with buyers and at no initial cost.
