Ben Warren sells classic football boots; Instagram is his shop window. If you don't know what a 'classic' football boot is, don't worry, neither did I really until I crossed paths him well over a year ago.  They're football (soccer) boots that are no longer manufactured by the likes of Adidas and Nike and therefore not available on the high street or from standard retailers. That scarcity makes them desirable to a surprising number of people out there. And that's where Ben's company, BW Boots UK, comes in.

Unlike Ben - a self-professed 'boot geek' - I'm not fascinated by the product. Rather what piqued my interest was that I'd never met someone who had set up and run a successful business leveraging (pretty much exclusively) Social Media. I wanted to know a lot more so on that first day we met I pitched the idea of doing something more involved which - more than 18 months later - turned into this podcast conversation. Thanks for your patience, Ben!
