Benchly and Servient announced at Legalweek 2026 the formation of legalgain, a joint venture that they believe is the beginning of "a new category of legal research."

Legalgain does this by focusing on consumption based pricing, and providing "outcome-first legal research," which replaces the search results delivered by traditional legal research tools to instead deliver the final product first, supported by fact checking tools.
