In the Bible, in the Gospel of Matthew there is a story Jesus tells about a sower - a farmer, scattering some seeds.

This idea of the seed can be most helpful as we think about ourselves growing.

As you try to learn, discover, explore and grow, ask yourself some questions:

Is the environment I'm in encouraging this growth, or inhibiting it?

Are the people I'm surrounded by helpful for this growth in my life?

How deep have I gone/am I willing to go on this?

And Finally, maybe all those things are good. But you still don't feel like you're growing. Consider the seed...
