Born in Rome and raised in Paris, Benedicte studied Law and Political Science. After finishing her studies she met her mentor Virginie Mouzat at Le Figaro. She later followed the now to Vanity Fair, where she is now the Life Style Editor. Benedicte writes about fashion, jewelry, and beauty and has published her first book, "What is it about Paris & Fashion?"
