Generally, Mike and Paul don't interview large, well known, carriers. Our goal is to reveal new products, new carriers, new startups, etc.. Everyone knows them and they are easy to get a hold of. However, we've have a great relationship with MetLife (we love Snoopy!) and they have delivered innovative products and solutions to our clients. They also have great - technology.
So, we thought, let's see what the big dogs are doing - besides, selling Snoopy to employees is easy and there is instant brand recognition.
Gabrielle and Debbie, were both energetic, bright and well schooled on the MetLife product suite. Sometimes. an enthusiastic carrier representative is harder to find than you might think. ;)
