Filling everyone in on my last years ups and downs , work , love , relationships, court and my girls. With wisdom I have learnt in this time of much growth.

I’ve been quiet for a long time now just processing my last 6 months and I’m ready to talk once again.

2 weeks ago I realized I had developed a drug dependence and was blocking myself from feeling my true hurts. Once I got off the drug everything came rushing in and I hit rock bottom. Hitting rock bottom I found my life’s purpose and my excitement for life was revived. Back feeling amazing again and life is taking off where once is was stagnant and depressed.

2 people in similar emotional pains of a break up. One uses it to better themselves and their lives. The other uses it to stay angry , bitter , hurt and doesn’t move forward in life.

Through my greatest heart hurt and difficulty it has blessed me with my greatest opportunities to correct or fix my inner being to transform my external life.

Breaking up with a partner never has to be difficult or hard. When we come at things with love and peacefulness things have a great way of loving you in ways you never thought possible

September 11 is where my family’s life and my biggest fear came true and everything fell apart. But this was the start of where everything up to my 42 years really started to come together.

Sometimes we lower our colors and nobody is there to see. Sometimes we lower our colors and others see. Sometimes we have no excuses we just have to learn from the experience so we never repeat it again.

I didn’t naturally take to being a father like I thought I would. Disillusioned , depressed , hurt I changed my emotional state and built a wonderful connection through time and love with my daughter. ❤️

One of the greatest experiences of my life is being evolved with the birth of our second daughter.
