7 Day Report for South Metro Denver Area Real Estate-
The boundaries for these stats are Arapahoe Rd. Santa Fe at an angle to include Roxbourgh. The south is to include Castle Rock, Franktown, and Elizabeth. Then on the east we go up through the country to include Parker and South Aurora.
270 Attached Properties on the market. The least expensive is $154k in Centennial (1/1 720 sqft) and most expensive is $959k in Castle Pines Village(¾ 4600 sqft).
30 went UC in last 7 days. 48 closed in last 7 days.
1393 Detached Properties on the market. The least expensive is $249,500 in Elizabeth (2/1 998 sqft) and most expensive is $12,900,000 in Parker (11b/24b almost 40,000 fin sqft).
154 went UC in last 7 days. 133 sold in last 7 days.
For both attached and detached there were 96 properties that failed to sell and 37 that were taken off the market.

Sellers Tip of the Day has to do with paint… if you are going to go to the effort of painting your house to sell. Then pick a color that will appeal to most sellers… Go to pinterest and search Paint for selling. Pick one of those colors instead of the same color that is already on your walls. (Guess what one of the the colors is…. Benjamin Moore’s color of the year.)
Buyer Tip of the Day has to do with paint… go to pinterest and find colors that you would love in your home. That way if you are looking at a house that has terrible paint you will start to see that as a positive since you will be repainting anyway instead of looking at Caliente paint color as negative.
