Bento FM is back with another episode of auditory goodness! As you may or may not know, every year we do a panel at Anime Detour about Japanese music. if you go back to episode 5.5 you can hear a recording from this year's edition! Unfortunately, we generally limit ourself to songs that have associated videos in order to have some kind of visual element to keep the audience fully engaged, which leads to songs that we really want to play but can't because they don't have a video. On this episode of the show, we reach into the Music Bento archives and pull out some of the classics we didn't get to feature in previous iterations of our Anime Detour panel and share them with you! It’s been a long 8+ months since the last installment of Bento FM, but fear not, because Tony and PeterJon are back and ready to update you on what’s been happening since our hiatus. Mostly it’s us giving a bunch of reviews of various live shows we’ve seen over the past few months. Regardless, Bento FM is back with a vengeance!

Every year, we do a panel at Anime Detour. Since we have a (dead) podcast, we've decided why not record it and share it with the world. So what you have in your podcast app is a live recording of our panel from Anime Detour 2019, from March 31st. I used the voice memo app on my phone and put the system audio underneath it to help make the music intelligible.
